Pizza-Cast iron =============== Ingredients: - 1 pound of Pizza Dough - Bread Machine (see my recipe) or other pizza dough - Olive oil - Pizza sauce - Toppings: Mozz cheese, pepperoni, tomato slices, parm cheese, italian seasoning, etc.. Instruction: 1) Preheat oven to 500 with 12 inch cast iron skillet in oven 2) stretch out dough to 12-14 inch circle 3) Take out pan drizzle a little olive oil. Spread with silicon brush on bottom and sides. 4) Put dough in pan (don't burn yourself) 5) brush edges where crust will be with olive oil (maybe try sprinkling dried parm cheese) 6) Add toppings + bake 12-14min Tip: Move quick after taking out pan so it stays hot. Cast iron that is preheated helps get a crisper crust Tastes good!
